All products from Neximaging.com are guaranteed to be in perfect working condition free of any defects. Should any product prove to be defective we will issue a credit or replacement in accordance with our return policy.
Defective Items & Free Returns
You can return defective merchandise (excluding hardware – read below or otherwise specified) up to 30 days after the purchase date. We will provide an RMA # and instructions to return the items including a pre-paid shipping label. Once our warehouse will receives and inspects your return we will issue a refund or send a No-charge replacement at our expense.
Due to inaccurate inventory & accounting that may be caused by returns, any return without an RA# will be refused by the warehouse.
Claims for damaged or short delivered merchandise must be made at time of delivery. All returns must be properly insured & signed for
Upon receiving an RMA the merchandise must be returned within 10 Business days.
Shipping is non-refundable on Shipping the product out and for the customer returning the product. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
Request for a Return Authorization Number
To request a return authorization please Email Us at sales@Neximaging.com and list your name, order number, product you wish to return along with a contact phone number.
Return of an unopened item within 30 days of receipt, (excluding laptop batteries / Adapters / Camera / Pda batteries and chargers / Projector Lamps / Bulbs / Hardware -please read our policy below) The cost of the item will be credited less a 20% restocking fee, shipping charges are not refundable. Item must be in excellent resalable condition. The same policy applies to refused orders. At Neximaging.com, we value customer satisfaction above everything else. To that extent we offer only the highest products, quick and inexpensive shipping and reliable customer support.
Our guarantee covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship only. The following conditions are not covered under our guarantee:
» Any printer cartridge that has less than 75% of toner/ink remaining (by weight, inspection done upon return)
» Any product damaged from abuse, misuse, tampering or improper installation
» Removal of any warranty, lot number or serial number markings or stickers
» Any refill kit or continuous ink system
For Refill Kits: Any perceived "quality" or "defective" issues with these products are usually the result of a defective cartridge that is being refilled, and not with the ink/toner that you are refilling into the cartridge. For example, if your cartridge is already printing with streaks or lines before refilling, or if the cartridges print heads have dried considerably due to non-use, your cartridge is basically already defective or exhibiting signs of defect, and refilling it will not bring it back to life. It is always recommended to refill an inkjet cartridge BEFORE it completely empties and while it is still printing well, or very soon after it empties so the print heads dont dry beyond repair.
For Continuous Ink Systems (CIS): Most of the issues with the CISS products are related to installation. If these products are properly installed you should have no problems with these products.
Incorrect Shipping Address & Unretrieved Packages
We don’t assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. Orders with an incorrect shipping address may be re-routed by the carrier or returned to us as undeliverable. If a shipment is re-routed, the carrier will charge a fee of $10.00 that will be transferred to the customer. If the address provided by the customer is inaccurate and returned to our warehouse if for any reason you are unable to retrieve your package from our shipper and it is returned to us, we will refund your payment and a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping charges paid at checkout are not refundable. Buyers may opt to have the packaged re-delivered but will be responsible for shipping charges and a $10.00 handling fee will apply.
You can return items for up to 30 days after the purchase date. If you have any questions about compatibility with your printer we ask you to please contact us before placing an order to verify that you are ordering the right items. Returns caused by order mistakes from the customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee and shipping is not refundable. Products must be received in our warehouse within 10 business days from when the RMA is issued and in the same original condition. Original condition means that the product must be unopened, not used in anyway, no writing on the product or product box. Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges.
Here are the rules to follow for your return:
You must request a return for refund within 30 days after the invoice date. No refunds are issued after 30 days.
Please write down your RMA number on the outside of the box that contains the merchandise you want to return. One RMA number can only be issued for one order. If you have different items from different invoices, then you need to request a different RMA number for each return. When returning the product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You are also responsible for insuring the returned item. Neximaging.com will not be responsible for any shipping loss.
Include a copy of the RMA authorization email with your return
Physical damage to the returned product will void the products warranty and the RMA policy
All return(s) must have the original packaging and accessories
The shipping fee is non-refundable. The buyer is always responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning a product, as well as insurance. We will not reimburse any customer for the shipping cost of a returned product
Please allow 4-10 business days to process your return.
Please note that all items returned for a refund must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and include all accessories. All returns are inspected and tested.
We cannot accept returns of certain items for a refund, including: Any item that is returned after the 30 day grace period or any item that is not in its original condition, is physically damaged, or is missing parts, any photo paper that has been printed on or used.
Returns should be received back at our facility no more than 10 Business days after a return authorization number is issued.
*OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) brand cartridges: - (Brother, Canon, Dell, Epson, HP, Lexmark etc.) are covered by their respective manufacturers warranties. If you have a defective item, please contact the manufacturer to verify the manufacturers warranty. We do not accept returns of open OEM cartridges.
Machines (Hardware – Printers, Fax Machines ETC)
At Neximaging.com we take pride in the way that we prepare our shipments. If there is any damage to your shipment please contact us immediately. Please hold on to all of the original packaging and we will handle the claim with the carrier. Once the damaged item is picked up by the carrier we will ship your replacement as long as additional units are still in stock. We are responsible for the delivery of the item to the address on your order only. Any packages that our forwarded or shipped from the delivery address on your order must have a damage exemption with our carrier prior to being forwarded or shipped again to be eligible for a damage claim through our carrier. Please note we cannot send trucks (LTL) to residential areas. Please call to either make arrangements or your order will cancelled.
Once an order is placed it may be cancelled up until the time of shipping. Once an order has shipped you may no longer cancel the order and will need to follow our return procedures.
Machines marked as "Refurbished" come with a 90 day depot warranty. Any warrantied machines must go through trouble shooting with one of our technicians. These warranties cover everything including both parts and labor. These warranties are covered for the full time period or 10,000 pages, whichever comes first. IF troubleshooting cannot be resolved through a technician, it is the customer’s responsibility for the shipping of the unit back to our location for all warranties.
The return period on all items is 10 days except for factory sealed or new open box machines. Please find additional information on factory sealed returns below.
Machines returned may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or the amount equal to the cost of shipping to your location at our discretion. Items that are sold as factory sealed or new open box are subject to a 14 day return period and my not be eligible for return unless otherwise noted. Unfortunately once a factory sealed item is opened, it can no longer be returned. These items if returned may be subject to as much as a 20% restocking fee. If problems are occurring with a new, new open box, or factory refurbished machine please contact our company immediately. Any service that may be provided by an outside source will void our warranty. Please check with a representative for more information on items which this may apply to.
Any items shipped back to our facility without proper authorization may be refused upon arrival. These items may be subject to a 35% restocking fee. This includes all merchandise, including defective equipment. This can be easily avoided by following our simple returns process. Please contact one of our customer service representatives for more information.
All shipments should be inspected within the first 10 days of purchase. Any "mis-shipped" merchandise must be claimed within that period. If any items are damaged in shipping we do require that you contact within 10 days. You are required to hold on to the packaging material for our carrier to inspect.
Laptop batteries / Adapters / Camera / PDA Batteries and Chargers / Projector Lamps / Bulbs
The Neximaging.com will accept product for refund (minus the shipping, handling, discount or other additional charges) within (30) days from date of invoice. For details, see our Returns & Refunds Policy. Credit for returns and exchanges will be issued only after the Neximaging.com confirms receipt of the merchandise.
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Neximaging.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may request for a refund within 90 days from date of invoice. All returns are subject to a $15 per item restocking fee.
The item must be returned in good/unused condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork (including original invoice), parts and accessories to ensure credit or exchange transactions.

All warranty, refund or exchange requests will NOT be processed if you cannot provide original invoices. It is your responsibility to keep all the invoices.
Broken warranty seals on goods void all warranties and returns.
Shipping, handling or other additional charges are non-refundable.
We will not accept CODs or third party billing for returned items.
Neximaging.com reserves the right to charge 30% restocking fee for all returned items.
Please note that if your model number is not listed under the manufacturer part number – We cannot guarantee that the product will work with your machine. Therefore we will not be responsible for any claim and it is subject the restock fee
